@thommahoney Generally I agree - when “female” is used as a noun instead of “women” it’s super cringey.

But here it’s an adjective, so seems ok to me? Analogous to an “all-male … team”.

Here “all-women/woman” feels more awkward and maybe even grammatically incorrect? (“all-man … team”)
