For those of us in CA grumbling about the continued stay at home order, this is why it’s good. States that are opening are basically mandating that restaurants reopen (or go out of business, as they will have no leeway with landlords) and that workers work (or loose unemployment)

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds (R) said in her state, it will be considered a “voluntary quit” if an employee refuses to return to work once businesses reopen, thereby losing access to unemployment benefits.
