Yesterday, _Genshin Impact_developer miHoYo announced that closed beta sign-ups for their new game _Honkai: Star Rail_will begin today. While it’s set in the same universe as the popular mobile game _Honkai Impact 3rd,_the announcement confirmed that Star Rail will be available for both mobile and PC.
