The main idea with the license is that it's like a regular copyleft license, except the copyleft access only applies to individuals and projects who are Members of a cooperative. Outside that ecosystem? You can't use the software without a private license.

That said, the license is based on the Parity license, with some added wording from California Cooperative Corporation law. Most of the legal bits were definitely written by a lawyer so I hope it's not too far off from being "right"

What it does:
1. Creates a mutual-aid software ecosystem through copyleft
2. Allows cooperatives to sell their software to non-cooperatives
3. Encourages the creation of new cooperative projects, with a clear def.
