Beginnings of a marbling simulation – here's my approximation of a traditional "peacock" pattern.

This was made by iteratively warping a starting image of colored dots. Planning to add some physics to give it a bit more swing, going to be tricky to keep it working in realtime!

Several people told us that canvassers mentioned de-escalation training for officers (not in the initiative) without mentioning the staffing mandate.
