did you know that nothing can pass the rust foundation board without a majority of the project directors agreeing to it? it's something i fought very hard for. this means the project can block decisions. you can read about that in the bylaws: https://foundation.rust-lang.org/policies/bylaws/#section-4.10-quorum%2C-action-at-meeting%2C-adjournments
