I have heard that the next two iterations improved some features, and then each subsequent generation has been worse and/or more prone to fatal accidents.

Our version of the Model 3 (circa May 2018) is a decent car. Drives very smooth, has great sound, and I never use the auto lane features.

The tablet is still weird. They've improved the important bits, but I think half the updates its received over the last 5 years made it worse
