This is the problem. The same people who are unvaccinated are the ones who refuse to wear masks, for the same petulant, childish reasoning. When people don’t play by the rules, transaction costs go up to enforce them (i.e., needing vaccine passports)

Government officials are doing a lot of tap-dancing to avoid saying that no masks necessary for the vaccinated rule failed because the anti-vaxxers are liars.
