@asmtasha @streetsforall @CityofSanDiego @EncinitasGov I kind of fail to see the value of this, esp in your district where we are being faced with extremely dangerous conditions with e-bikers everywhere who don't follow any rules of the road, putting themselves in tremendous danger. I'd support more stringent rules, not less.
