A lot of times it devolves into really tortured arguments. Lots of mental gymnastics trying to reconcile the notion that Black people have "advantages" with the reality that it's not born out in outcomes.

It's dishonest to use the overall percents, as young ppl are disproportionately non-white, but over-30 pop is still 70%+ white. Throw in those pesky Asians, and black ppl under-represented...
