For managers, we need to acknowledge that this shit is vague and unhelpful for making actual hiring decisions. If you have 6 different levels you can offer somebody, and a salary range that stretches from $100K to $250K, how the hell do these questions help you decide?

evaluate
- are they thinking about success as a team?
- are they curious? know how to ask open questions? want to learn?
