"users are entitled" isn't about users pushing back against their reasonable rights (privacy, for example) being attacked non-consensually. It's about them wanting free features and free labor and not taking into account that there's humans behind OSS projects too.

hell yeah they are... so what? to them you're tentatively an extension of multitrillion dollar industry which profits by exploiting them. to say they should simply be cozy with exploitation is to surrender the last fragment of your humanity.
