Few people are willing to engage in an honest conversation about the disparity in outcomes. When they do, they just fall back on racist talking points. "Black families don't value education so there aren't enough of them to meet diversity quotas".

So I'm asking in a more general sense. Where are the supposed "advantages" outlined here?
