Let’s be real clear here. We need to separate toxic hiring practices from legitimate business needs. Conflating those two things is a sure fire way to not move this conversation forward. 20 people in 3 months is doable. I have done it.

Maybe this is a problem? Our point is we're being put through a sausage factory. And the people you are hiring are the survivors of a deeply flawed process, not the best at actual development. Do I need to show you that plane?
