My big question is what does it take to get a critical mass of white people to take collective responsibility for their culture? My experience is that most white people don't wanna talk about this shit at all. They retreat into "individualism" to avoid it.

White folks have to talk to other white folks about this in a way that probably will continue to make your friends uncomfortable. White folks who are tapping into cash-based mutual aid networks NEED to bring their classed/resourced friends into that work.
