Maybe it won't make a difference for city politicians who are fine with being at 2 × guidelines if they're at 20 × guidelines instead.

The WHO guidelines on air quality seem very lax.
Their recommended target levels are several times higher than they are here.
Local scientists say it's not actually good here, it's just that other measured EU cities are worse.
They can see the effects that it has on people's health.
Why are the guidelines set for like 4-5 times more pollution than that?
I guess it would be a big improvement for e.g. Berlin to meet those levels but come on, aim a bit higher.

I just got annoyed with not finding out about build failures in CI for #fennel. I went to look to see if any chat integration was supported by my CI host, and they didn't have any. then I realized I could just write my own IRC notifier with a short script.

Couldn't get network to work in a Win10 VM, so I gave up on it.
Started the same VM now, thinking I'm gonna figure it out.
While I'm reading on the internet that it Should Just Work, Windows suddenly finds some new devices, and now it works.
So I guess the solution was to do nothing and wait until Windows decides it should work.
