This OS has like 4 different ways at least of rendering text, an 1 of them is good, and that's the most rare one, used only in some new programs.
And I know I must be a huge weirdo for finding it jarring and annoying, since people say they never have any issues in Windows.
VS is the worst offender. Even the fonts that work look like they have synthetic bold. Maybe they do.
