Finally found some time to try out my idea of combining two of the images from #CuratorPrompts74. The background didn't quite turn out as I imagined it, but I whipped out my gouache to add a bit of details. Very happy with how the head and the shadows turned out. :)

every few months i get sick of typing signal conversations with my thumbs so i try to launch the signal desktop client, and it fails because of a permissions bug, so i go and chmod it manually and launch again, and then i type my conversations, and then three days later i wonder why my laptop is running hot, and it's like, oh, right, signal idles at like 50% cpu; that's why i don't like to leave it open.
then i forget in another few months
