I have boosts off in my home timeline again, and I find that when I first access it (from the web UI) it is often suspiciously truncated with just a few toots, and the "Load more" does nothing when clicked.

But I find if I toggle the "Show boosts" button once (maybe more?), it seems to "prime the pump" of toots somewhere and the timeline fills up again as expected.

(This truncated timeline was happening in the 3.4 series, so I don't think this is a 4.x issue.)

• Vinny was 12 when I adopted him. He’d been at the shelter for 18 months. When I walked out with him all the staff stood and applauded. About 2.5 years ago he was diagnosed with cancer with only weeks if not days to live. He was really sick. But here he is now. Alive and well. He’s my miracle. (remote)
