There's many people who seem to think (or want us to think) the new ML/AI machines automating "remixing" of existing works at scale is already considered fair use. I would like to remind us that fair use (in the US anyway) is determined by judges in court cases.
If you have existing practices that have already been determined to be fair use, then you're *probably* safe. If you have entirely new practices, then I would expect court cases eventually.
