What if The Future realised that killing Twitter was the only way for humans to survive, and it needed to happen ASAP?
All I’m saying is, maybe this was the only way without disturbing the timeline too much ™️ or arouse suspicion ?

Incredibly excited to announce that Dr. Kobushi’s Labyrinthine Laboratory, my puzzle adventure game, is now available on Nintendo Switch worldwide!
Save Falafel from the Puppet Panics in over 100 levels of puzzle mayhem, in “one of the hardest” and “one of the best puzzle games” to come out this year!
Grab your copy directly from Nintendo: https://www.nintendo.com/store/products/dr-kobushis-labyrinthine-laboratory-switch/
At this point I'm fully convinced he only bought Twitter to run it into the ground in record time.
Nobody is that unprofessional by accident.
...and now they just deleted their own tweets from yesterday! You can't even make this shit up anymore.

I don't say this lightly, but modern frontend is in an ethical ditch. Due to the commitments of its leading lights to misapprehensions about silicon progress, bolstered by their own experiences as wealthy people inside the privilege bubble, we are walking further and further away from the idea of a web for everyone every year.
We have lost a decade to JS-addled nonsense, and it will be a small miracle if the web remains relevant on the back of it.

But it's literally a single script file. You can copy it directly from GH. It's that self-contained.

The big update? Mastodon support, natch.
