like we all see other people with different beliefs do this and think "how is it even possible to miss this obvious fact! I can't believe this person would be unaware" but then usually go on to assume we aren't doing that same thing in some other area

one of the oddest highlights of my trip to Malaysia was wandering around in a mall and getting really excited to stumble upon the Burmese store

I only remember a handful of words in Burmese, but I was glad I remembered enough to thank the cashier in his own language

there are only a handful of cities in the US where you can get Burmese food, but I fell in love with this salad after living next to the Burmese border, there's really nothing else like it
