Again, I cannot stress enough: until you understand something about the system you own, DO NOT GO SHOPPING FOR A NEW SYSTEM.

Teams that operate their tools can succeed on any stack. Teams that don't understand what their tools generate will fail no matter how good the tech.

So, until you've got a handle on *why* something isn't working, don't rip it out.

You will not, on the first pass, really understand what you're looking at. The important thing is to *keep looking*, make small changes that you think might improve things, and test again. Eventually, you'll develop more of an understanding of the system.
