How are we getting browsers developed specifically for AR/VR but nobody's tried building a browser for TVs? I'd love to be able to use a browser with an ad blocker instead of the awful Android TV Youtube app (or any streaming service who's app I don't like). Or be able to browse/watch Peertube instances/videos

I have developed a system for monetizing Javascript packages, similar to Spotify, but for software libraries and not for media. The goal is to helps maintainers of open source libraries like you to get paid for their work and enabling them to focus on their projects without having to worry about sales, billing, accounting, or taxes. In general, I provide a registry for Javascript packages where users have to pay $1 per month for access (companies pay more), and I pay maintainers for every user of their package that I can measure - just like a subscription to Netflix or Spotify. The idea is that the sourcecode stays open (e.g., on GitHub) but new package versions will not be available on NPM - or only if maintainers dual- or delay-publish their package. Users would have to pay for the convenience of accessing the built package. I hope you can find the time to give me some feedback.
