I was looking at secondary tickets for an upcoming concert and some (general admission) tickets are priced at like, 3-4x the market. Is that just a fan who has decided how much they'd take to stay home? Why is that concept so off-putting to me?

Memory Alpha claims that "The river Temarc in winter" in Tamarian means "to not be swayed from a decision; often used as an imperative"
I'm pretty sure that's wrong? it's used by the commanding officer to tell his subordinate to be quiet; the key being the river is silent because it's winter; nothing to do with the decision being made
