It's shocking that the tribunal defaulted in this way to a reading of the statute that is not in line with intent, but the result is that Apple have taken the leader in browser regulation out of the game on a technicality:

I noticed some of the Atelier games are on sale so I searched Steam for "Atelier" to get a quick overview.
It turns out that there are now two different wholly unrelated H-games called "Atelier [Protagonist's Name]." One of them even imitates the visual style of the logos for the Koei-Tecmo RPGs.
You'd think KT's legal team would have called in an airstrike by now but both games are over a year old
