I was thinking about getting some kind of pill-making thing to save money on fiber supplements but was annoyed to discover that the DEA apparently regulates them as potential drug paraphernalia.

Now if I get one I'm gonna feel honor-bound to do something illegal with it. Maybe littering, or violating a noise ordinance

Monday's Oxide+Friends tied together half-a-dozen previous episodes as we talked about the management network--the central nervous system of the Oxide Rack.

Thanks to @arjenroodselaar, @mjk, @nerdyjkg, and @SyntheticGate for joining me and @bcantrill.

I've been excited to get to this topic; I was blown away by this tied together SO much work. Rather than highlights, I'll link to all the related episodes.

Just did the new 7 star Chesnaut raid in Scarlet/Violet. I was able to solo it with the Annihilape that I built for the Inteleon raid a few weeks ago

Unlike most other raids, it doesn't seem like it ever dispels debuffs on itself, so anything that hits its atk/def really pays off

So folks, don't forget to check if your Ikea chair is compatible with your screen. I'm not kidding. A thread 🧵.

I've had the problem with my new screen for several weeks now, that every now and then the screen goes black for a few seconds.

Today I had enough and wanted to investigate the problem. So I started changing all the cables, plugging the screen into a different socket, and and and. Nothing helped.

what's kinda funny about twitter's new requirement that you login at least once every 30 days is that if this had been the case from the start, my account would have lasted maybe 3 or 4 months instead of 16 years.

I created my account in March 2007 but didn't visit regularly until I got my first smartphone a few years later.

I think before too long, AI will be better than many humans for @ pinging 2-3 people for help in response to a problem or question.

Before long, it will also be able to add on some relevant “high level long term direction” based on related “best practices”.

IMO, people who mostly do that now without any real value add (aka additional insight, decisions or opinions based on concrete trade offs) should heavily consider re-skilling.
