Black women are forced to borrow more for their education. Then Black women are paid less when they graduate, even for the same degree.
A disproportionate amount of the $1.7 Trillion of loan debt (not a typo. Trillion. With a "T.") is held by Black women that did everything right)

Started working with these folks in mid-May and not gonna lie, pretty pleased with the progress they've made on INP in such a short span of time.
From a p75 of 4.25s in April (90% of sessions having a poor experience) to a p75 of 225ms in June (9% of sessions have a poor experience).

I was never part of a union before coming to NPR but quickly learned the power of colleagues helping each other to be treated fairly at work!!!

click-through is a useful metric, combined with others. by itself? not so much. besides converting viewers into site visitors (click-through is a conversion rate in that context), one must also convert site visitors into site buyers [of a product or an ideology or (possibly dis/mis)information etc].
there are many key-metric conversion rates to which one should attend, with both context and visitor-engagement-goal as critical/central to understanding what is going on.

I remembered that there used to be talk about being able to create text post or at least being able to read text posts if, for example, you follow a Mastodon account with your Pixelfed account. In the settings you can opt-in to see text-only posts, but in Pixelfed itself, you don't see them. :blobthinking:
