Also I didn't know about this famous message until long after the fact. I don't know if the version I played at school was legit... or even if it was the Apple II version? I think the Apple IIs at my gradeschool were replaced by macs after my first year. But it wasn't the specific pirated copy with andy's tombstone. Clearly, each isopod contains 4 logic gates. This Armadillidium vulgare has 4 AND gates. Don't forget to connect power & ground legs & use pull-down resistors on inputs.

(best practice is to simply ask the rollie to position itself in your circuit.)

Like most natural systems. they use micro-voltages, don't use standard 5V power sources.

brought down, repaired, then rehoisted the rope-and-pulley holding up the far end of my HF endfed antenna… the feed line runs to the back-room shed-roof, then straight up ~30’ fiberglass pole to the matching unit… the antenna wire then runs from the matching box (sorta) parallel to the ground and is tied to a rope taking it back to a pulley we put up in a tree

In the carpark near at beach in CT I discovered a group of isopods up to no good.

The pill bugs had formed a pentagram of beach trash, mostly delicate bones of birds & fish. It was about the size of a quarter. They kept adjusting it and adding to it as I watched, horrified, yet fascinated.

I was so engrossed in the mysterious antics of the little woodlice that I didn't even notice the man who'd joined me watching, until he spoke.
