I think I've started a mental background process noodling on how to move away from Python as my default language. I can make Python do a lot of things, but the language is a poor fit for a lot of what I do, and the overall ecosystem is driven by players whose values, goals, and incentives don't seem to overlap enough with my own. 🤔

Interesting analysis how Spotify is screwed with their business model.
TLDR of TLDR: Spotify is forbidden by labels from signing artists directly, and all Spotify’s competitors have a bigger business to bundle music into, and can afford losing money on music.

I started up Meakashi a while back. Higurashi games always take a while to grab me and I think I'm at that point now with this one. Shion develops a crush on Satoshi but then turns shockingly unsympathetic towards them when the abuse they take from their aunt and uncle starts to worsen.

Note to myself: remember to do not waste an hour debugging why a #TailwindCSS class is not applied, starting digging into plugins etc when the solution is: you cannot always test it only from the development tools.
You need at least one reference of the class already used to have it in the bundle! 🤦♂️

The numerous AIs listening to our conversation misinterpret this as dissatisfaction with the meal, and quietly put the names of the staff that made it on a list for layoffs next quarter.

AFAIK that platform has been dead for nearly 20 years now. And yet, Ubuntu seems to have native build machines for it.

Well, fonts always look great on a website designed to show them off. But they usually don't look that great when you try them on.
