Q: Why is Donald Trump suddenly selling $60 bibles?

A: It enables churches to funnel money to him without violating the (US law) ban on political campaigning by churches—it's a form of money laundering, in other words.

It's always awkward for me to talk about sports with American people. After I shock them by telling I don't watch any of the sports they probably want to talk about (yes, even football, either kind) I shock them further by listing sports I'm a fan of: snooker, formula E, and now sumo, apparently. This usually ends the conversation. Which I'm fine with, but I can see it really feels awkward for my mostly extroverted interlocutors.

Nearly 14 million EU nationals live in an EU country different than the one they come from. And about 12 million of them have the right to vote.

If you are one of them, you can vote at the forthcoming European Elections 2024 in your country of residence.

To do that, you may need to register.

Theoretically, anyone with internet access would have been able to put two and two together to exploit this vulnerability since its public disclosure in July of 2023. This could not be more important to the future of the web. If mobile choice is ever going to matter, it has to matter when you tap on links inside apps too:

The big question, ofc, is where the heck are Mozilla and EFF? Why are they spending more time on net neutrality than browser choice?
