Rustup 1.28.0 has been released! ✨

This release comes with many improvements and additions.

For those using `rustup` in CI: Please note that rustup 1.28.0 will not automatically install the toolchain from `rust-toolchain.toml`, so make sure to run `rustup toolchain install` if necessary.

See the blog post for all the updates: https://blog.rust-lang.org/2025/03/02/Rustup-1.28.0.html

Black and white portrait drawing of Frontal black and white portrait drawing of a female orc-metahuman from the Shadowrun universe. She is wearing a fluffy black coat, pulling the collar closer to her face with her left hand. She is looking seductively at the viewer, her magenta eyes glowing, tusks peeking out of the corners of her mouth while she grins. Her long horns twist back over her head while her long hair flows over the coat.

It strikes me as an academic question whether Trump is or isn't formally a Russian asset. The important thing is that he ACTS as though he is. And, as Trump's actions increasingly benefit America's long term foe, you've got to ask when the country will wake up and defend what's left from the recently installed enemy within. Right now Putin is winning the eighty year conflict.

Our IRC server has moved to Europe! 🇪🇺 It also received a much-needed software update, which has radically simplified the authentication process. You can now connect to the server without the weird SASL/server password stuff that was in place before, and then authenticate to NickServ (with your existing IRC password) to join channels.

(This also means that you can now use IRCCloud’s free tier if you want to give that a spin.)

If you run into any issues with the new setup, let me know!

#AntiD protects fetuses from Hemolytic Disease of the Fetus and Newborn- the mother and fetus have immunological incompatibility

Before the 1960s, 50% of babies diagnosed with #HDFN died

James Harrison, over his life, saved *2.4 million* babies
