6/ day 3 trail work project at Vasquez Rocks.

We finished clearing the overgrowth at the next problem spot, gathered some big rocks for a retaining wall, restored the creek trench, and raised the trail. Lots of digging and hauling.

Really happy to be improving these problem areas. It’s improving the park and the trail.

The bottom couple miles is extra steep and lined with rock for water management and horses. Saw the horse train shuttling supplies. Birders in their natural habitat. And the jungle reclaiming everything.
