Most everyone I follow on here probably takes this approach to things more or less, but it's worth being explicit about it. Avoid silly factionalism over tech (i.e. X is not a *real* programming language), lift people up, and make sure when you're being critical it's actually necessary, specific, and targeted at things, not people.
