In just three months under Mayor Daniel Lurie’s leadership, San Francisco has seen a 50% spike in overdose deaths, with 192 lives lost in early 2025 alone. That’s nearly two people dying daily from preventable causes. We’re seeing too much of the same failed War on Drugs and governing by press release that we saw with the last administration..

But we live in Trump world now, so we won't be able to get the Moderna Covid+flu vaccine this year. People will get sick needlessly, and people will die.

It's almost like the emoluments clause doesn't even exist. If a half BILLION dollar plane isn't a "gift" then words don't have meanings anymore. smh

Listening to a podcast where they just don’t know if iPhone users will be comfortable buying things outside the App Store. For some in-app things, maybe, but we gotta stop talking about ecommerce as some sort of niche thing.
The App Store made about $90 billion in revenue last year, while ecom did about $6 trillion, so App Store transactions account for about 1.5% of global ecom. That’s a lot for one store, but it’s still a slice.
