(the article doesn't touch on the fact that in addition to producing fossil fuel, Norway also has ~90% hydro electric power in the domestic electricity energy mix and have traditionally had very cheap electricity (though that have changed in the last couple of years...))

Misunderstanding or blurring those lines can be fatal.
