My #running this year looks much better than the last one: almost twice as many miles at the half-year point (121.72 vs 231.65). I'm finally learning not to push my aging joints and muscles too much and run at a sustainable schedule. All those horizontal parts of the 2024 graph were injuries.
(Have to admit it took me way too long to plot this graph using some Python and Libreoffice. And I've only been a software engineer for 25 years or so…)
