My #running this year looks much better than the last one: almost twice as many miles at the half-year point (121.72 vs 231.65). I'm finally learning not to push my aging joints and muscles too much and run at a sustainable schedule. All those horizontal parts of the 2024 graph were injuries.

(Have to admit it took me way too long to plot this graph using some Python and Libreoffice. And I've only been a software engineer for 25 years or so…)

Half-body drawing of a woman with pinned up wild red hair wearing a white flowy dress. She is slightly turned away from the viewer, holding up her right arm in front of her to expose the slight cut at her wrist. Some blood has dripped onto her chest and stained her dress. Some blood is also dripping from the corner of her mouth, indicating that the vampire has just fed and might be in the process of offering her own blood to her victim. Behind her a blood red crescent moon and simple but elegant black shapes give contrast and give a slight art noveau style.
