Fuck israel. Fuck each and every zionist. And fuck every western government that is complicit in israel’s genocide of the Palestinian people.
Some of us will never forget those of you who stood by and did nothing. Or worse, those of you lining your pockets with the blood money of innocent Palestinians.
There will be a reckoning.
We will not forget. We will not forgive.

Please, hear our voices, and stop this brutality being inflicted upon us.

@josephcox Seriously, the communications tech used for even very sensitive (and occasionally classified) government communications is generally quite bad, with the user interface often being the worst culprit. It's not the fault of the users; these systems often just aren't designed in a way that makes them easy to use properly.
Ever entered a phone number incorrectly or texted the wrong contact? Everyone has - including the cops.

Until very recently (like 2 or 3 years ago), federal agents routinely misconfigured the encryption settings on their two way radios, leading to sensitive traffic (much like that in the linked 404media article) going out in the clear more often than not.

We have decided to defed mastodon.cloud - it is an unmoderated instance, so we're taking active precaution as there's a lot of really racist stuff being put out on that instance.
