At around 10pm we walked back home and decided to see what Valencia st was like. Your surprise, it was absolutely packed for “Dance-o-ween”! One section, 18-19th st, had nearly 1,000 people dancing. With a dozen portable dj booths. Not a single cop around. I couldn’t even see any organizers. This seemed spontaneous and decentralized.
