We have literal privacy advocates defending Proton's actions, presumably just because they don't want to stop using Proton, but want to continue judging others for the software they use.

I saw a post here weeks ago that defended RSVPing to protests, saying "we should put our names on every list we can," and it's like no. No you shouldn't. If you believe that then you have a deep misunderstanding of our situation. Cops aren't carving out exceptions for the hall monitors of the resistance.

Correction on one point: APD did claim an officer was shot. That officer was never identified nor the story corroborated.
There was a video circulating at the time of officers near the murder claiming it was friendly fire. And still, no gun powder found on victim's hands.
