oh yeah that one was much quicker. this is with unsloth/gemma-4-E2B-it-GGUF:UD-Q4_K_XL and averaged 9.78 tokens/second. and i'm pretty sure i fixed vulkan now.

apparently i could maybe get it faster if i could get rocm working but rocm is terrible software and they officially don't support my card even to start with.

Someone was asking me about Arabic speakers on Mastodon and the broader Fediverse. They are curious about attracting Arabic speakers.

As far as I can tell, Arabic speakers aren't a big part of Fedi compared to European languages, and are quite spread out and there's no moderately large instance with primarily Arabic speaking users.

There's a Tunisian instance, on the smaller side, but has some Arabic posts.

Anything else I can tell them?
