i remember seeing/playing with a thing like 8? years ago that was pretty much a reverse engineering challenge thing, where the goal is you have a lock you need to open and you can see the assembly code the lock is running, and you need to figure out what input to send to the lock to open it. to help you figure it out, you could test it against a copy of the lock you could attach a debugger to, but to pass the level you had to run it on the lock without a debugger attached.
does this sound familiar to anyone/anyone know what i'm talking about?
