I think the #Rust programming language is a huge leap forward… one of my failures at RIT was in trying to get the language into the curriculum. and, like anything else, it has some less-than-optimal stuff going on. luckily, it looks to me that, by sticking to well structured approaches to design and coding, I can notice and avoid most of the pitfalls and produce clean, readable, maintainable, and bullet-proof code.
