racked and tested the blackberry wine I started a few weeks ago. I was afraid the heat had hastened the fermentation and ruined it, but I got the fermentation stopped and had to sweeten it a bit and now it's in real good shape. will bottle it a few weeks from now and it'll be ready in the winter!

I have no idea what I'm doing but it's fun and tasty.
