My public email account typically has a backlog of several weeks of email. Inbox Zero? Not a chance, I'm happy if it's a 3-digit number.
99% of it is nonsense I don't care about anyway, but every now and then there's a mail I respond to, and then it always feels *really* awkward to start the response with an apology for not getting back sooner 😄
