“Transistors today are mainly being used for switching applications, everyone are using op-amps for signal conditioning” …-is what I recently heard someone say at lunch.. And while there’s some truth to this, occasionally a simple transistor amplifier may find its justification 🙂
Currently an instructor at a #hamradio license course, I built this simple circuit: it’s perfect to demonstrate simple biasing and it’s easy to test 🙂
