The evils of the boss/worker relationship aren't just wealth, it's the ability of the boss to take from the worker. Maybe they make you dress up however they prefer, maybe they make you perform humiliating begging rituals to get time off to care for your kids, maybe they make you scared to speak up when you know something is unsafe or morally wrong, maybe they make you work under constant surveillance, maybe they make you do things you're pretty sure are illegal.
It's not wealth, it's hierarchy.
