As I've been saying: Trump's needs as a criminal defendant are at odds with his needs as a political candidate for the Republican Party, and he is putting his political needs ahead of his legal needs.
This makes it hard to find a lawyer because lawyers have duties to the courts and normal lawyers don't like getting sanctioned or disbarred.
