Kagan and KBJ are simply destroying this lawyer, Sidney Michael McColloch, arguing against the authority of the SEC.
None of the conservatives are jumping in to save him though. Their silence doesn't mean they're being convinced, I think it means they've already made their rulingKagan and KBJ are basically speaking their dissents from the bench.
Well, that's over. And by "that" I mean both the oral arguments and the ability of the SEC to enforce laws. :(
